The Housing Partner Network is a group of owners and managers willing to look at an applicant whose credit report does not tell the whole story.
What you get

What we ask
That you consider an application on its circumstances rather than a credit score alone, and that you treat the tenancy as you would any other. Our applicants are renters, not a special category, and they do not want to be treated as one.
What we do not do
We do not guarantee rent beyond what we have committed in writing, indemnify damages, manage the tenancy, or act as anyone's agent. We are not a property manager and we are not a broker in this relationship.
One thing worth knowing
No one connected to this Foundation earns anything from these placements. Our founders work in real estate, and the Foundation is prohibited — absolutely, in writing — from paying them or their companies, from placing anyone into property they own or manage, and from accepting any referral fee or commission from you. If you offer one, we will decline it.
